Registering a new data provider

I administer an IPT and would like to publish a checklist on the IPT that comes from a university in another country. How can we register that organisation as the origin of the data? IPT v2.3.3 released

Dear IPT users, The GBIF Secretariat is pleased to announce that IPT v2.3.3 has now been released and is available for download from the IPT website<http://www.gbif.org/ipt> [1]. This version looks and feels the same as v2.3.2 but is much more robust and secure. I'd like to recommend that all existing IPT installations be upgraded as soon as possible following the instructions listed in the release notes<https://github.com/gbif/ipt/wiki/IPTReleaseNotes233.wiki> [2]. You can find out more about the new features added to this version in this blog post<http://gbif.blogspot.dk/2017/01/ipt-v233-your-repository-for.html> [3].
