Hello, I'm busy to setup some HA/LB for our services here, and IPT is the next candidate. I wondered if some sort of locking is implemented in the IPT code to avoid possible corruption of the data directory if shared between the instances (through NFS4)? Pre-release v2.3.3

Dear IPT users, A pre-release version of IPT v2.3.3 is online for wider testing at http://ipt.gbif-uat.org/ It can also be downloaded here<https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/4552753/ipt-2.3.3-SNAPSHOT-r3874f0a.war>[1] if you're interested, but please note that it is not yet ready to be installed in production. More than thirty bug fixes and enhancements are included in this version. Here are a few of its most notable changes: * Counts for all files in the DwC-A are now exposed on the resource homepage. This addresses an <https://github.com/gbif/ipt/issues/1130> enhancement<https://github.com/gbif/ipt/issues/1130>[2] requested by Laura Russell. View this example resource<http://ipt.gbif-uat.org/resource?r=bms_il_demo#dataRecords>[3] to see how it looks. * The interface has been translated into Russian thanks to the efforts of Ivan Chadin and several other dedicated volunteers. * The application can now be installed on a server behind a proxy, thanks to a fix<https://github.com/gbif/ipt/pull/1239>[4] submitted by Bruno P. Kinoshita. Note this project page in GitHub<https://github.com/gbif/ipt/projects/1>[5] provides a nice overview of all the issues addressed in this version, in case you're interested. At this stage, more rigorous testing is needed to ensure that the new version is as robust as possible. Then if no major issues are uncovered during the next few weeks of testing, IPT v2.3.3 will be released. So if you have a little time to help test that would be greatly appreciated. You can do so by logging on to http://ipt.gbif-uat.org and trying it out. If you need a new account setup or have problems accessing your existing account, please just send an email to helpdesk(a)gbif.org asking for help.
