*Interim Report* Attached is the Interim Report for GBIF that I have sent to Dmitry. Thanks to those who added comments and suggestions. There are two attachments to the report - one the copy of the survey that Dmitry will add, and two the draft, provisional set of recommendations. Dmitry will circulate the final compiled pdf of the report and its attachments.
