[IPT] update to IPT 22

Dear developers and administrators IPT. I'll update the IPT version 2.0.3
to the last version 22. The previous IPT has several datasets and some are
Data papers and obviously all user settings, configuration, etc. I will do
a new installation on a new server and need the data directory are also in
the same server.
Do you have something that you recommend to me?.
