[IPT] digir/tapirlink useful features ...

David,
Is'nt it a feature of the HIT to harvest all records from a GBIF
resource (Digir, Biocase, Tapir,...) and build a DwC Archive.
If this is the case, I don't see the point of adding it to TapirLink.
Or did I missed something?
