[IPT] problem with charts/graphs

Hi Kyle,
the IPT downloads the charts and caches them - so I assume the IPT wont be able to do any external calls without the proxy password and therefore cant download any charts, contact our registry and maybe do some other things.
Any IPT needs to be connected to the internet - otherwise it wont work properly.
