[IPT] Set of short presentations about IPT

Hi Fabian,

It would be best to create an IPT Issue in the issue tracker
(http://code.google.com/p/gbif-providertoolkit/issues/entry) and
include the file, or some portion of it if it is large, so that the
problem can be reproduced, troubleshot, and tracked.
