[IPT] IPT test installation

Hello Everyone,

I have been attempting to run a demo of the IPT to show some
colleagues how the toolkit works.

I saw Tim Robertson give a run down of the tool in Virginia a few
weeks ago, but I can't seem to recreate this.
I am sure that I am missing something obvious here.

I go to the Demo site at http://ipt.gbif.org/index.html and create a
login and password.
Login
Then I only have the 'Home' and 'Explore' tabs showing. I am not sure
how to start uploading the my example data.
