Questions to consider in preparation for the call:
If you have succeeded in launching your hosted portal:

  *   What was key to your success?
  *   Do you have any feedback from users of your portal?
  *   Do you foresee any need for further development in the coming year?

If you have not yet launched your hosted portal:

  *   Do you still plan to work towards launching a hosted portal, and if so, do you have a timeline for this?
  *   What barriers have you faced in the work on hosted portals?

For all:

  *   Do you have any recommendations on how we can improve hosted portals, documentation, or support as we take this work further?
