[Ala-portal] Showing uploaded DwC-A on the map

Thanks Dave - it should be that for the last test in order to get the latest biocache-store I went straight to Ansible provisioning without destroying the vagrant box. After I start again after $ vagrant destroy I have 1) the solr working again; 2) the number of records correctly indexed; 3) and the map centred automatically.
