Hi,
I have been trying to get HIT to work on my Windows XP machine.
I am using the following:
Tomcat version 6.0.20
MySQL version 5.1.41
To get this to work on Windows I have already modified the source code that deals with some of files. But I still can not get the whole process to work as expected.
The "Synchronise" step is failing due to what appears to be a Connection leak. The rolling.log for the data source ends up containing many MySQLNonTransientConnectionException exception (see attached file). Some values have been inserted into the raw_occurrence_record and typification_record tables.
Are there any suggestions on how I can get this to work?
Thanks.
Regards
Natasha
