<p>That issue looks fairly old (Tomcat 5).</p>
<p>What version of Tomcat and Java are you using?</p>
<p>If you are using Java 9, I don't think the current version of the
IPT works correctly, although I only had a bug report from a user
on Windows (<a moz-do-not-send="true"
href="https://github.com/gbif/ipt/issues/1396">this issue</a>).</p>
<p>You could either use Java 8, or try the pre-release version which
is the .war file in this directory:
