[IPT] IPT 2.5.1 release

Dear IPT users,

This is to inform you that version 2.5.1 of the IPT has been released.
This version addresses a bug introduced in version 2.5.0, which prevented the IPT from connecting to database sources. Users who connect the IPT to database sources will need to upgrade to 2.5.1.

Three other issues are also addressed:

- Limit the number of warnings on a page
- Increase the upload file size limit from 100MB to 200MB
- Introduce an overwrite confirmation window for URL sources.

Upgrade and installation instructions are in the new manual [1].  Please remember to check your data directory backup is working before starting the upgrade!
