[IPT] New IPT Warning appearing also in Colombia's IPT

Dear all,

We are having the same problem in one of our IPTs (
https://ipt.biodiversidad.co/iavh/), the error shows the same unidentified
ID. We are also looking for some advice to fix the issue.

   diagnostico del(los) problema(s), por favor véase la actividad del sistema.
   Despues de corregir el(los) problema(s), por favor reinice su servidor web.
