[IPT] New IPT version: 2.4.0.

Dear Ivan,

Starting (I think) in 2.3.5, there is an issue where sometimes it's 
necessary to try and log in twice — after trying to log in at the top of 
the page, the IPT reports that the login fails, and it is then possible 
to log in using the larger form in the main part of the page.

Are you unable to log in on both places?
