[IPT] IPT new version 2.3.4

Dear collegues,
I had the same problem and solved it with installationn  of java version
8. The command:
yum install java-1.8.0-openjdk-*
was performed on our CentOS server. After it tomcat was reloaded:
service tomcat stop
service tomcat start
