[IPT] IPT v2.3.3 released

Dear IPT users,

The GBIF Secretariat is pleased to announce that IPT v2.3.3 has now been released and is available for download from the IPT website<http://www.gbif.org/ipt> [1].

This version looks and feels the same as v2.3.2 but is much more robust and secure. I'd like to recommend that all existing IPT installations be upgraded as soon as possible following the instructions listed in the release notes<https://github.com/gbif/ipt/wiki/IPTReleaseNotes233.wiki> [2].

I would like to extend my sincerest thanks to everyone that contributed to the making of this new release, and I hope you all enjoy using this latest version!
