[IPT] IPT setup

Hi Max,

Thanks for popping by today.

On your server you have apache running on port 80 [1] and tomcat running on port 8080, but port 8080 is not accessible on the internet.

You can therefore either do

a) run tomcat on port 80 as described here: http://georgik.sinusgear.com/2012/03/10/tomcat-7-listen-on-port-80-linux-debian/comment-page-1/
  - I am afraid this varies on operating system to operating system and on the operating system version, so the best answers will probably come from googling, or asking the Tomcat mailing list.

b) use apache as a proxy to tomcat as described in https://code.google.com/p/gbif-providertoolkit/wiki/IPTServerPreparation#Configure_Apache_Reverse_Proxy
