[IPT] IPT v2.2.1 released

Dear IPT users, 

A new minor release of the IPT (v2.2.1) has been released and is available for download here [1]. 

This release fixes a bug [2] limited to IPT version 2.2 instances where archival mode [3] has been turned ‘off'. The bug causes the DwC-A download to disappear from the resource homepage.  

For those affected, you can either A) upgrade to 2.2.1, or B) turn ‘on' the IPT’s archival mode and republish your resources. Instructions on how to upgrade your IPT can be found in the IPT’s release notes [4].
