[IPT] strange meta.xml file

Dear Gabi, 

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. 

This issue has already been captured (see here), and will be fixed for version 2.2 that gets released in October/November. 

I promised to prepare a snapshot version for you fixing the other bug you reported in May. How about I prepare a snapshot version for you that fixes both these problems? I can work on that this week. That way you can continue using the IPT in combination with the HIT.
