[IPT] IPT 2.0.4 Test Mode to Production mode

Dear Michel, 

When switching from test mode to production mode, you must start from scratch. If you want to transfer over any resources, back up your old IPT data directory somewhere safe first.

To transfer your resources from one IPT to another, you can just "upload an existing IPT resource using its zipped resource configuration folder."
