[IPT] "Error Publishing Resource" message

Thanks Markus,

We have planned a simultaneous publication of the resource and the 
conventional checklist in PhytoKeys on Monday. So, I would be very 
thankful if we shall be informed somehow when the issue is solved.

In addition, the archive is also uploaded on Pensoft's IPT and should be 
published there. I wonder if, after correction of the "bug", it would be 
possible through our IPT? Perhaps after upload of a the latest EMl file 
after the correction?
