Hi Jörg,

I found the same error. The link should be:
  http://de.mirror.gbif.org/ipt/admin/editUser.html?id=3&from=list

To fix this I modified line 23 in WEB-INF/pages/admin/userList.jsp as:
        url="/admin/editUser.html?from=list" paramId="id" paramProperty="id"/>

  I suggest starting with 0.5million, and then 1 million and then 3 million.
   I will be surprised if this works without some bug fixing.
  
  You may just use http://ipt.gbif.org rather than installation.
