Can you please tell us the DOI or give a link to the download, and let me know where you are based (i.e. city or country).
We’ll put the download on a cloud server that is closer to you and hopefully you will have better success.

Hi all,
I'm using the asynchronous download service. The download keeps interrupting. The max I've gotten to is 1.2gb of 68gb. I tried changing my network and computer. Any suggestions?
