[API-users] eventDate parameter in occurrence/search?

Thanks for reporting the issue.

We recognize there are issues with the interpretation of some dates due 
to improper handling of timezones, the issues are with the API[1] and 
not the data. We will address those issues shortly but it will require 
some time. In the meantime, we kindly ask you to continue to use the 
date range query in order to get the expected results.
