[API-users] API back up date?

I tried Google public DNS, but that doesn't work.  I am checking with my
ISP to see if they are blocking gbif.org. Is it possible that my IP address
is being blocked by you?  I can access gbif.org and APIs on data on my
phone, and via a VPN through UC Berkeley.
