[API-users] ISO country code

Thanks Dave,
we intend to use 2 letter ISO codes for countries and languages everywhere now, so this is expected behaviour. 
If you ever discover URLs that work with the full name please let us know!

PS: the API is very close to the final envisioned version 1 now, a matter of weeks hopefully!
