[Ala-portal] Documentation project established

Hi all,

For documentation of the ALA project, we have created a repository and established initial documentation structure here:

https://github.com/AtlasOfLivingAustralia/documentation

If you find any errors in the docs or have any suggestions, please file them as issues.

This also means the confluence wiki we used previously is now deprecated.

You are very welcome to contribute to the documentation directly. Please just let us know!
