Dear Aurelio, your IPT installation does look fine.
The error you are receiving is a bug in RC3 we fixed in the current trunk which should be released today or tomorrow. The IPT, if setup against our production registry, makes sure that its URL is visible from the outside. This is to avoid registration of localhost addresses or IPs and host names that are only visible within a local network. To do that it calls a service at GBIF that checks the URL. Unfortunately the service we provided until RC3 was incorrect. The new service shows that your installation is perfectly accessible:
http://tools.gbif.org/ws-validurl/?url=http://lucina.inbio.ac.cr/ipt/
The GA release we are about to do will be a simple drop in replacement for the current RC3 war. You can keep your data dir as it is and wont lose any configuration done so far.
