[IPT] IPT 2.5.6

Dear IPT users,

We have released a new version of the IPT, version 2.5.6 [1]. This version brings new Darwin Core functionality [2], [3], [4]. It also changes the way user password are stored to improve security.

All users are encouraged to upgrade to this version.

Upgrade and installation instructions are in the manual [1]. Please remember to check your data directory backup is working before starting the upgrade.
