The MRTG Multimedia extension is still under construction. I don't know anything about a Dublin Core extension, as Darwin Core is an extension of Dublin Core already.

If we took the final version here http://rs.tdwg.org/dwc/2009-09-23/terms/index.htm, theses 36 fields are not considered. In the history, some of them were created in 2008.
