Recent progress:

Five recently launched hosted portals are featured in a news item on GBIF.org:

• GBIF.us
• Legume Data Portal
• PBIF: Pacific Biodiversity Information Facility
• Rotterdam Natural History Museum
• SiB Colombia

GBIF North America’s regional portal has also since gone live and we gather SANBI-GBIF are soon to follow! Congratulations to all involved.

• Do you have any feedback from users of your portal?
• Do you foresee any need for further development in the coming year?

If you have not yet launched your hosted portal:

• Do you still plan to work towards launching a hosted portal, and if so, do you have a timeline for this?
• What barriers have you faced in the work on hosted portals?

For all: 

• Do you have any recommendations on how we can improve hosted portals, documentation, or support as we take this work further?
