As indicated by Dmitry in his earlier e-mail to you, we can now provide you with information on the accommodation arrangements for the Task Group meeting scheduled for 10-13 October 2016 in Melbourne.

A group booking for studio apartments has been made for the meeting at a nightly rate of 180.00 AUD at the following hotel:

The expected arrival date is 9 October and departure date 14 October.

To take advantage of the rate and group booking made for the GBIF meeting please contact the hotel directly at questglenwaverley@questapartments.com.aumailto:questglenwaverley@questapartments.com.au to make your booking. The following information for your booking is required by the hotel:

1. Group booking reference # 83683

2. Your first and last name

3. Your e-mail address (for the booking confirmation)

4. Your valid credit card information

5. Your contact phone when travelling

The Quest will then provide you with a personal booking number in the e-mail confirmation from there.

Please be aware that full payment is required at check-in and a refundable bond for any incidentals will also be taken at the same time. Please keep your receipts for the accommodation which you will need for receiving reimbursement from GBIF after the meeting.

For your information, the group booking will expire on 11 September 2016 so please ensure to make your bookings before that date.
