Hello Invasives group,

I am sure some of you are actually involved in this IPBES work, but those who were not, have a chance to act as reviewers. Perhaps this is also where we can stress the value of GRIIS, if this not done yet, in order to use the resulting report as an argument for sustainable funding for GRIIS.

Dear IPBES members, observers and other interested stakeholders,

With reference to notification EM/2020/26 (31 August 2020), I would like to remind you that the external review for the first order draft of the chapters of the IPBES thematic assessment of invasive alien species and their control is open until 18 October 2020 at 23:59 (Tokyo, Japan local time).

The aim of this review is to increase the scientific quality and policy relevance of this assessment by engaging interested and qualified experts, including scientists, decision makers, practitioners and other knowledge holders. Please click here to register as a reviewer and to access the documents together with instructions on how to submit comments.
