Please let me know if there is anything, except appending the survey, needed from my end to help you finish the interim report [1] on time.

FYI I am in the office this week and on 1 Aug, then out of office from 2 till 14 Aug (limited internet). Thanks to all who met the DL for travel report from Leipzig, and I am waiting for 1 or 2 before we start preparing for the Melbourne meeting. I hope when this time comes, you would be able to send you travel authorization forms quickly and once confirmed,  book the tickets – please wait for my e-mail on that.
