I have not set the Doodle poll for the II meeting yet.

Following Quentin’s observation of the unfortunate timing of Meeting II -> Report -> TDWG,  I spoke to Donald and he does not mind you delaying the report until 15 Dec, if you think it is productive to have it TDWG -> Meeting II -> Report. I am not sure that the sequence matters that much; of course progress in the standards is an expected recommendation type for your report, but you can possibly decide and agree first in the group, what is desirable and the push it through TDWG voting or discussion in parallel, or after the report?

If we meet straight after TDWG in Costa Rica this might (needs to be checked) also cheaper, as seems like at least Quentin and myself will be there anyway.

Melodie, your travel limitations is of course the first thing to check.

With Costa Rica option, we are talking about dates around 10-14 Dec.

If that is suboptimal after all, I will send a Doodle about the dates as originally planned. I forgot I am at the Entomological congress in the end of Sep, so the corridors of dates for me are 5–14 and 24-31 Oct. I think for the final report we will need three full working days excluding travel dates.
