Morning / evening Task Group

I have now added the Appendix B on the GDrive, google doc with 1 November date. There are still a few odds and ends that need to be dealt with but please go ahead and add any final edits that you have. Greg, I have copied your comments across onto this document - so the comments look as though they are from me (mainly the ones on the DwC section Quentin).

Many thanks. I'll also do a bit of work on the drive version over the weekend and early next week we can hand it over to Dmitry.
