Hello Task Group,
SKYPE CALL Six out of seven people voted for the fist Skype teleconference to take place on 11 April at 19:00-21:00 Auckland = 17:00-19:00 Melbourne = 09:00-11:00 Moscow = 08:00-10:00 Brussels, Cape Town, Copenhagen = 02:00-04:00 Washington DC. Gregory, I realize that this is really crazy time and perhaps suboptimal day for you. We can maybe Skype without you first time, and then you would go through the minutes we prepare, and I will clarify in a separate 1:1 call. Please let us know about your availability for the meeting in person meeting on 9-11 July in N Europe.
AGENDA I will extend the draft agenda here https://docs.google.com/document/d/1cr6JrS4bdreAoDcOHP2gk68Ax3E27vqNTOv1oImM... Please feel free to add topics and questions that we need to discuss during the call.
SKYPE NAMES Please make sure that your information here is accurate, there are two Skype names missing. Please also revise TravellingFrom and TravellingTo airports for the July meeting dates. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/15rebOHbb0IwjyVoKSP57JPSOikjoskXWUXVY.... I will start the group call from the GBIF.S account. It helps if you join the call using high speed internet connection from a quiet space.
GOOGLE DRIVE All working documents of the group will be stored in this Google Drive folder, to which you have editing access rights. https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0BzrSPi8wkHZ8YTN1UUhuMnZlMDg&usp=... Final versions and important documents will be securely archived by GBIF.
