Many thanks for the edits that are busy coming in. Just a quick note to say don't be concerned if you see some of your edit boxes disappear. I am busy accepting all the minor edits you are making as we go along so that the doc doesn't look too cluttered and so that we can better see the comments left that we still need tor resolved.
