I have now archived the interim report. As agreed, the document is not for broad circulation, but it might be included in the working document for the GBIF Governing Board meeting in Brazilia on 24-28 October. There is a good chance that we will have our final report ready instead, but the documents are sent to Governing Board in advance.

The interim report file (PDF), together with the unresolved comments from Tim Hirsch, GBIF Deputy director, and new comments from Marc Costello from GBIF Science Committee (four DOC files), are all in one folder called For final report: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0BzrSPi8wkHZ8SDE2UHZWdmNieG8?usp=sharing
