Dear Quentin,
According to our travel guidelines, you can claim per diem on the basis of number of bed-nights away from home base. It means at least 5 bed-nights covering
the task group meeting itself (arrival the day before and departure the day after the meeting), plus any additional “bed-nights” you may have spent on travelling.
