We don't have an API returning sorted results, or results by country.

https://api.gbif.org/v1/species/7787708/children?limit=20&offset=0 returns species in the Taraxacum genus.  You need to increase the offset (and optionally limit) to retrieve all the records.

You can also download all Taraxacum occurrences, either summarized by name (a species list download), or in simple/Darwin Core archive format to also see the country or area of the occurrence.  This can be done through the website: https://www.gbif.org/occurrence/search?taxon_key=7787708 or using the download API: https://www.gbif.org/developer/occurrence#download
