[API-users] API for health status

Hello, recently some of the gbif services where unavailable which I discovered through failed occurrence queries. Since there is a health status page for the different services, is there a way to retrieve this status via API requests prior to querying the database API. If not, this would be a nice feature to have. Best Philipp L.
