Dear all,

I’ve tried to get images into the portal through the associatedMedia DwC field. They have been picked correctly and cached, but didn’t show up in the interface (neither thumbnails nor full images, permission denied error).

If you hit the same problem, try to  set the x permission for the folder "biocache-media", this solved the issue on our installation.

Yes I can see the problem. Im not sure what the cause is but you might be right about it being the name matching index.

We’ll look into it and report back to the list.

The System detects 324 species, but in the statistics graphic, we can see that there are only two. It’s very weird, I suppose that could be a problem or error in the name matching??
