[ALA-Portal] Access to ALA slack

Hey everyone,

I will be helping the Flemish Institute for forestry and nature to try and setup an ALA portal for Flanders. Looking forward to joining the effort and helping out wherever I can. But initially I might be more in a position of needing help myself ;)
